We know summer fun + eats can take us off our track + for some influence the giving up on achieving your goals! Life is busy, yes we all know that, but make your health a priority + start putting your needs first, stop letting yourself fall behind!
FALL back to you your healthy habits from September 25th - October 25th for this 30 Day Fall Back to You Challenge! Get back on track from Summer fun + eats. Set goals + get back on track! Master your metabolism the right way with no starvation diets... it's just better lifestyle choices + motivation that will have you feeling + looking your best! After the 30 days continue to challenge yourself, it's not just about getting back on track, but about feeling better from the inside out + feeling great!
The Winner will be decided based off their attendance at the studio + class recommendations for the duration of this challenge + best results!
Winner will receive a 1 month unlimited class pass @ FitWithin ($160 value) + a one-on-one nutritional consulation w/ Sarah Griffin ($150 value for 1 hr)!!
We will recommend specific classes as a part of this challenge, so that you can get the most out of your 30 days! Of course all classes count, we want to make sure you are doing our active yoga/fitness classes as well as our restorative classes at least once a week! A bonus... mindfulness meditation to keep your mind present + focussed will be arranged for all challengers. Those details to come!

Please Note our 12 month auto renew members have this included in Membership! Non-members pay $140 + HST. Join on a 12 month auto renew membership before the start date + pay nothing to be on this challenge! Class passes or memberships are not put on hold, the value is added on for help along the way. You can also email Marlene or Sarah throughout the 30 days with any questions you have about your nutrition, lifestyle, stress relief techniques + being part of our board of stars!

Proper nutrition is the key to get you the results you are looking for. This nutrition guide will help you fire up your metabolism, reduce inflammation, increase your energy and improving your workouts.
This is not a calorie restrictive diet or an all liquid cleanse. The Fall Back to Healthy Habits Nutrition Guide will take you back to basics. We will be eating whole foods, listening to our bodies and giving it the building blocks needed cleanse and rebuild.
The best part is you’re not in it alone, there will be a Facebook page with daily support. This will be a safe space for you to ask questions, cheer on your fellow challengers and receive daily motivation.

New to aromatherapy and essential oils? Or you want to know what the fuss is about and everyone is talking about. Learn how the healing the power of essential oils can help improve your quality of life. This workshop will introduce you to how easy it is to use essential oils. Basic overview of what essential oils are and how to use the top oils for overall health and wellness benefits in the home.

More About Rachael Dean
Rachael loves helping people find their passion and explore natural alternatives for their health and wellness. In the summer of 2014 she was introduced to essential oils and her life path and career changed. She moved to Hamilton in January 2015 with her husband and family to focus on a calmer quieter life vs the corporate world she left behind.
Rachael studied with Joyessence Aromatherapy School and is a Certified Aromatherapy Health Professional (CAHP) with the Canadian Federation of Aromatherapists and she is an Essential Oil Educator using dōTERRA essential oils. She offers Aromatherapy Health Consults, Aroma Massage, and ArōmaTouch Technique.
Rachael teaches regular classes on how to safely and effectively use dōTERRA essential oils in a world where there is a lot of conflicting information about safety and usage practice’s. You don't need to sort through the information as she has done it already for you. Check regularly for events and check out her website for free online classes!

Come in with a sense of playfulness and adventure, leave with a sense of empowerment! The latest YogaFit® workshop will challenge you mentally + physically, yet with a centered + mindful practice you may surprise yourself. Based on safety + using the seven principles of alignment in a space without expectations, judgment or competition we will see what the world looks like upside down. Always wanted to try Headstand? Handstand? Scorpion Pose? These are just a few of the poses we will explore together. First ensuring we are warm and ready in both mind + body. Step by step safety + alignment cues along with a little inspiration and courage, we will see where our practice takes us. Some of the benefits of inversions include mental clarity, renewed energy + an overall sense of wellbeing. Come play!

Lisa Greenbaum E-RYT 500, YACEP is the Director of YogaFit® Canada, Senior Master Trainer + Presenter with YogaFit®. With a strong passion for fitness, yoga + movement, her goal is to make Yoga accessible to all. An avid writer + traveler, Lisa is known for bringing an easy-going style to her teaching, encouraging everyone to honour and listen to their bodies + stay in the present moment. Lisa has been teaching group fitness + yoga in Toronto, Canada since 2001.
