11am-12noon for A Himilayan Detox Salt Cave Meditation + Restoration Retreat @ Healing Salt Cave
Join us for AM SUN Yoga + A Himilayan Detox Salt Cave Meditation + Restoration Retreat Day!
Sign up to our AM SUN Yoga regularly scheduled class at our FitWithin Studio from 9:30-10:30am. (Please sign up on Mindbody for this, at the regular cost for our classes).
We will then follow to the Hamilton Healing Salt Cave located off Stone Church and Redmond St. at 11am-12noon for a 45 min Private Group Retreat. There can be a maximum of 10 people for this event, so register as soon as you are able! Enjoy a serene + unique atmosphere for 45 min in the Healing Salt Cave, guided meditation with Marlene, + a restorative quiet rest/rejuvenating experience. Come + join for this unique atmosphere surrounded by mineral rich pink salt, soft glowing salt lamps, tranquil waterfalls and gentle music. This salt cave is cooling which will be a great balance following our warm infrared heated AM SUN Yoga at FitWithin! Blankets are provided at the Healing Salt Cave for your comfort.

2:00pm - 3:00pm: Holiday Make + Take Workshop
Starting with this workshop with Rachael Dean from Happy Oils. Only $30 to make 2 of your very own products! For example a Body Scrub (Candy Cane Striped) using DoTerra essential oils, or your own DoTerra Peppermint essential oil foot lotion!! Cost includes Rachael's instruction, guidance, + products. 3:00pm - 3:30pm: Holiday Social Coffee + Tea + Treats
Join us for Holiday Coffee + Tea + Treats + take a look at some of FitWithin's apparel + gear! Shopping will be available until 6:30pm. You can also pre-order at the event. Be sure to register for the following free classes for everyone starting at 3:30pm! Refer to the online schedule to reserve your spot.
3:30pm - 4:15pm: Holiday Yang/Yin Yoga (Free Class)
Join Sarah for this special Christmas themed Yang/Yin yoga class. The Yang portion of class will bring movement to your body through a gentle Vinyasa Flow, followed by Yin, you will enjoy long held deep stretches for the second half. This class will leave you feeling zen, allowing your holiday stress to melt away.
4:30pm - 5:15pm: Holiday Restore + Renew + Massage (Free)
Pause, breathe, restore. This 45 minute restorative practice will provide you an opportunity to break away from the holiday mayhem, allowing you to nourish your body, mind + spirit. Karen will guide you through a mindful practice enhanced with therapeutic touch + gentle massage with the use of essential oils.
5:30pm - 6:00pm: Holiday Closing Kirtan/Sound Meditation (Free)
Closing ceremony for our Holiday Social will be a sound form of meditation known as a Kirtan, lead my Sarah Barnhart + the FitWithin Team! The music does the work as you flow with the melody. The ancient chants contain powerful renewing + transformative energy that helps us reconnect with the Divinity that resides within all of us. Singing is the heart of kirtan! All voices merge together to become One Voice. “Kirtan is a means of finding our way back to the core of our Being, to our heart, and to our connection with each other.” - Ragani.
6:00pm - 6:30pm: Holiday Apps + Cheer + SHOP

Holiday Restorative Yoga + Massage (Warm)

This class is replaced with YogaNew for the 12 Days of Fit + Bliss. We welcome beginners + New Yoga students! This class will leave you feeling zen allowing your holiday stress to melt away.
"OM" For The Holidays (Warm)
This class is a gentle Yin + Restorative practice like our regular SUN Yoga class. Come join us during a busy holiday season to settle on your mat for a gentle + all level practice to restore, renew + rejuvenate. To remind ourselves to get centered + grounded. Essential oils may be used during practice to enhance our senses of peace + serenity.

Whether you've been naughty or nice this year, this class is sure to awaken the child in you. Best suited for those with some previous yoga experience.
XMAS SHRED (Non-Heated)
Get ready to turn up the heat + send your metabolism into overdrive with this low-impact workout! In Xmas Shed you'll use your own bodyweight + dumbbells for metabolic intervals that alternate with low-impact high-intensity cardio for the ultimate fat burning workout. This workout utilizes both low impact HIIT cardio + metabolic weight training in the same workout, to deliver maximum results in the least amount of time! The main advantage of this type of a workout is that the increase in your body's metabolism continues on long after your exercise session has ended, not just during it. This effect is known as the after burn effect, so get ready to incinerate those holiday calories!

If you want to get in a quick workout that includes yoga + cardiovascular benefits, fat loss, lean muscle then this is for you! Compliment this with YogaXmasFlex30 for an ultimate + challenging workout. Enjoy the holiday festivities by continuing to BURN those extra holiday calories!

Come in with a sense of playfulness and adventure, leave with a sense of empowerment! The latest YogaFit® workshop will challenge you mentally and physically, yet with a centered and mindful practice you may surprise yourself. Based on safety and using the seven principles of alignment in a space without expectations, judgment or competition we will see what the world looks like upside down. Always wanted to try Headstand? Handstand? Scorpion Pose? These are just a few of the poses we will explore together. First ensuring we are warm and ready in both mind and body. Step by step safety and alignment cues along with a little inspiration and courage, we will see where our practice takes us. Some of the benefits of inversions include mental clarity, renewed energy and an overall sense of wellbeing. Come play!

Lisa Greenbaum E-RYT 500, YACEP is the Director of YogaFit® Canada, Senior Master Trainer and Presenter with YogaFit®. With a strong passion for fitness, yoga and movement, her goal is to make Yoga accessible to all. An avid writer and traveler, Lisa is known for bringing an easy-going style to her teaching, encouraging everyone to honour and listen to their bodies and stay in the present moment. Lisa has been teaching group fitness and yoga in Toronto, Canada since 2001.
