One of the more balanced approaches is known as the 40-30-30 meal plan.

The 40-30-30 diet plan is designed for men and women of all shapes and sizes who want to lose weight in all the right places, gain muscle mass or maintain their current weight whilst still enjoying a wide variety of delicious and healthy foods. With a perfectly balanced macronutrient split, you get to enjoy substantial weight loss without the exclusion of food groups or extreme calorie restrictions. If it’s maintenance you’re after, you will find this diet is a perfect fit to your healthy lifestyle. The plan will allow you more variety and fresh flavours to help keep you motivated and eating well.

Learn in a setting that will be structured to set you up for success! Detailed queueing and understanding of key muscles and also breath work and mindset going into these poses.

When you're in a all levels practice it is very difficult to bring these poses into the class, as we want to make sure people are safe in their bodies and are ready to do so. So when you’re able to go beyond the modified variation you can on your own go into these poses feeling confident and safe! Come play and benefit from all of the wonderful health benefits these inversions offer!

Women's Yoga & Mindfulness Retreat June 21 - 23

Join Marlene Campos-Cipriani and Karen Rocha for a weekend Women's Yoga & Mindfulness Retreat at the beautiful Harmony Dawn Retreat Centre in Hastings, Ontario. This weekend has been designed with the intention to gather like-minded women in a serene, natural setting to provide them with time and space to connect with themselves, with each other and with nature. Each day has been carefully planned to include mindful yoga practices and meditation, fun group activities and plenty of free time to restore and relax.
